Interesting geography

Costa Rica has no army. It was constitutionally abolished in 1949. It is the only Latin American country to have been a democracy since before 1950. It was ranked first in the New Economics Foundation Happy Planet Index in both 2009 and 2012. It is also ranked the greenest country in the world - economically (not trees- although I guess it really means both!)! 

Montenegro is an independent and sovereign republic that proclaimed its new constitution on 22 October 2007. The constitution of Montenegro describes the state as a "civic, democratic, ecological state of social justice based on the reign of Law." Montenegro has also legalised recreational drugs. How enlightened those two countries are. 

Did you know all that? Don't worry if you didn't. Most people don't. They are the equivalent of the quite, self effacing person who simply goes about his or her business, doing good, whilst bigger, more arrogant people who think little and understand even less, seek to dominate ( and not in the way of a Dominatix!)!. Those arrogant countries being a true example of 'empty vessels make most noise'. Just like arrogant, self important people....he who shouts the loudest generally understands the least....
