Second Chances

I have just finished reading 'A Street Cat Called Bob' what a lovely feel good true story of our times! It opens with the comment that we are all given second chances every day of our lives, which are there for the taking - but that most if us never take them. Why? Probably because we are all too busy looking inwards to ever see the opportunities we all have to make the world a better place for others - which ultimately makes it better for us too.
