The UltimateTest.......

I have found the ultimate test for a domestic slave (should I ever need one). Heston Blumenthal's Scotch Eggs - with runny yolks. Have you ever tried to peel a very soft boiled egg??? It is a nightmare of a task. My efforts tasted wonderful - but you really needed to eat them with your eyes closed because the presentation was more 'Disaster Chef' than 'Master Chef'......!
